Once ordered and shipped, Benton’s Diesel will not accept any returns unless noted below.
Return Guidelines:
You may request a return 15 days from the date of purchase.
New unused, unpackaged Transmissions are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any damages to products in shipping must be reported immediately to Benton’s diesel, if shipping damages are not reported within 5 days of product delivery, Benton’s diesel is not responsible for the damages.
Customer Is responsible for return shipping of the transmission and it must be in the original packaging, sealed and unused.
Used Transmissions WILL NOT be available for returns.
Return Credits can take up to 15 days AFTER receiving the unit back.
